Some ways to use the Finger Spikey by Kaiko:
Roll it up and down the finger, using the same hand or alternate hand - great for focus!
Place it on one finger at the base and squeeze/clench fist, helpful for harm minimisation.
Rub between two palms for a scratchy feel.
Place it on a finger and twist around using thumb, applying varying degrees of pressure.
Place it on the middle of the pointer finger and 'pick' at it from the side with a thumb nail - great to replace picking.

Over time the colour may wear/fade, especially if hand sanitiser/hand cream is used.
The Finger Spikey is not designed to be twisted back and forth on itself. If it is twisted/rotated it may undo at the join and, generally, cannot be reconnected. This is not a product fault; it is using it outside of the product's intended use.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Troubleshooting
Note: Once stretched the Finger Spikey cannot be re-tightened.
To alter the sensory input gently stretch it to increase its size. Take your time and slowly work around the ring with both hands, putting tension on metal. This process needs to be done bit-by-bit and section-by-section to create an even stretch. Warning: over-stretching will cause the ring to lose its shape and it will not rebound.
This product may not be suitable for who like to pull at things with two hands, pull things apart or like to test the limits of products.
