Calm Buddi Turtle

Meet the Calm Buddi Turtle, a pocket-sized anxiety-relief companion made from 100% recycled post-consumer plastic.

Created by Renee Taylor - then a 20-year-old Australian, who personally struggled with anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, and the challenges of being autistic. Renee drew inspiration from her fondness for turtles and her need for a calming device to navigate life's tough moments. Encouraged by psychologists and counsellors, Renee successfully crowdfunded the Calm Buddi Turtle in partnership with a Sydney-based company dedicated to reducing plastic waste and defying the one-way path into landfill.

The shell does come off. For easy access for harm minimisation, many users prefer to remove it altogether. If kept on, it may unclip sometimes when opening. This is not a fault, but part of its design.
